Hanover Quick N’ Easy Chili
2 ½ Pounds Ground Beef
1 ½ Cup chopped Onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (52 oz.) Hanover Light Red Kidney Beans
3 cans (15 oz. Each) Tomato Sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of chili powder Brown ground beef in
heavy saucepan; drain. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender. Add
remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes; stir occasionally. Serves
8-10

Hanover Old Fashioned Ham & Bean Soup
2-3 pounds ham with bone
2 quarts water
½ cup diced celery
½ cup shredded carrots
1 can (40 ½ oz.) Hanover Great Northern Beans
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cook ham in water 2-3 hours or
until meat is tender. Remove meat from bone and cut into bite-size pieces.
Add celery and carrots to broth; simmer until vegetables are tender. Add
ham, beans, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
Serves 12-15 |
