For 16oz. of White Sweet Corn: place vegetables and 2 tablespoons water in 2-quart size microwaveable dish. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes at high power. Stir once halfway through the cooking cycle. Drain excess liquid, season to taste and serve. However if you desire a softer texture, increase cooking time slightly.
Stove top cooking directions:
Place White Sweet Corn and water (3/4 cup per pound) in sauce pan. Cover and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain; season to taste.
For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions and heat to a temperature of 160°F. Refrigerate leftovers promptly. Keep frozen until ready to use
