Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups thawed frozen Hanover Sweet Peas
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
Raw Vegetables
Instructions
- Place peas, parsley, tahini, warm water, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a mini food processor; process until smooth.
- Blend in more water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, if hummus is too thick
- Serve with raw vegetables
